Assist in the accurate and responsible computation of "EACs" (Estimate at Completion) for site programs, including reviewing contract values, basis of estimate, risks & opportunities, etc.
Responsible for analysis and review of monthly results with site leadership. This includes labor and indirect expense analytics, headcount forecasting and other cyclical reporting
Role will assist in the generating annual operations plan for current year and long range planning. This includes staffing planning, operating budgets, sales forecasts and others.
Prepare monthly analysis vs. plan and forecast with summary reporting of variance drivers.
Assist in the reporting and analysis of key metrics to site and AEC leadership including but not limited to; Utilization, Labor Efficiency, Direct Labor, Capital Expenditures, Scrap & Rework, Monthly Inventory, etc.
Provide ad hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as required by management

Additional Position Requirements (education, certifications, experience, physical)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in account, finance or business
0 - 5 years of financial analyst experience
Advanced degree or additional years of experience preferred
SAP and/or government contracting experience is a plus but is not required for success in this position
