Job Description
Engineer II, lululemon USA Inc., Seattle, WA. Work with Product Manager/Owner and Sr. Developers/ Tech Leads on understanding requirements associated with a particular strategic initiative or EPIC. Capture, track and coordinate dependencies with cross funnel QA’s in advance of sprints actual start by ensuring necessary Test data and environment is ready for their scope of validations. Ensure Defects are linked to related User story and corresponding Sprint so that status tracking can be done accurately. Contribute to Agile ceremonies Team Demo’s, Retro’s and Sprint Planning Meetings. Send Daily status reports to Senior QE and Sprint closure report to all stake holders during the Sprint. Work on getting the entry and exit criteria defined at the start of the Project and ensure QA’s are adhered to the same. Perform Test case coverage and review to best suit the needs for manual and automation execution and how those are integrated with Test management tools. Communicate and engage with Project teams, keeping them informed on Delivery activities, timelines, and blockers. Manage unplanned work, ensuring Intake processes are followed as appropriate. Work with the QA Lead, Manager, Scrum master and Product Manager, ensuring capacity replan and communication is updated. Capture, Track and remove team blockers, by communicating with QA Team and Lead as needed, in case of any deviation from original plan. Post every production, refactoring the existing Regression suite according to the recent changes deployed in production Prioritization and Modularization the Test cases for better tracking and usage. Selection of Regression candidates in Sprint Release based on the Impact analysis provided by Tech leads. Share the acceptance criteria/User stories with the UAT/Business team. Gather the Test cases from the UAT users/teams Ensure to be on standby for any assistance during UAT for any Test execution and Test data setup. Review the defects reported by the team members to make sure that they are valid, not duplicates and complete in the description Work with the development team to prioritize, schedule, and fix a defect, and document the resolution, root cause and Impact analysis for Regression scope.
 
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
 
40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Information Technology.
 
Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 3 years of work experience in Information Technology.
 
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in all of the following:
 
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• MuleSoft
• Test Rail
• Narvar
• IBM Sterling OMS
• HP ALM/Quality Center
 
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in all of the following:
 
• Splunk Logger
• POSTMAN
• Selenium 

Workplace arrangement
 
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace policy:
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $182,312 – $202,312 annually. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
