Job Description
Director, Industry and Functional Apps, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Atlanta, GA. Lead engagements that build and secure new digital experiences for customers, employees and suppliers. Improve apps or develop new apps for traditional and mobile devices. Conduct usability testing to find ways to improve user experiences. Assist clients’ technology systems in financial services, focusing on areas such as, insurance, sales performance management, retirement pension, asset management and banking and capital market industries. Help clients with solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
· Identifying and defining detailed data mapping needs between Guidewire Policy Center and other systems/applications;
· Utilizing one or more of the following: GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework and/or object oriented programming;
· Assisting with the delivery of cloud based application architectures and development, integration, distributed data management, and application testing; and
· Designing, developing and deploying complex integrations working with Guidewire software and multi-tier applications and systems.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
