Job Description
Reduce loss and waste on damaged goods as much as possible and facilitate repairs keeping the costs in line with the estimations - Perform investigations within 48 hours of receipt of request based on the information received from the Store Quality Techs - Complete all repairs according to the work order/protocol - Ensure a smooth pallet flow in the Repair/recovery Area - Provide optimum service for the Stores - Check all damages ensure all articles which are considered to be salable are packaged as close to the original packaging as possible - Create and monitor tracking reports measuring results and productivity - Contribute to an environment where *** culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers. - Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned
