CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team at our Colonie, NY office.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is responsible for providing critical support to the company's recruiting and talent acquisition programs, processes, and strategies. The role will assist in managing the hiring process from beginning to end, from reviewing and posting job requisitions, coordinating interviews, and finalizing the hiring process. This individual plays a critical role in the creation of a high-quality candidate experience through strong partnership with hiring managers, recruiters, and other members of the Human Resources Team.

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required or, in lieu of a degree, relevant experience may suffice
  • No prior experience required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred; experience with iCIMS preferred
  • Must be able to work with a high sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability
  • Well-spoken and provides a professional presence
  • Ability to travel occasionally
SALARY RANGE:

$50,000 - $60,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
