We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Service Foreman, Leasing. The Service Foreman is a "working" foreman and spends approximately 50% of the time working on jobs and 50% on leadership responsibilities. This position is responsible for performing all functions of a highly skilled diesel technician and will act as the supervisor and trainer for other Diesel Technicians on the floor. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure optimal efficiency and quality by assisting technicians with diagnostics, scheduling work flow and assigning technicians to jobs appropriate to their skill levels, and helping technicians prioritize their time.
