Job Objective To remove verified unit form the system and place on tilt tray sorter to fill specific customer order.
Essential Job Function
Verify information on Mandate screen against inventory in the MTU Remove verified units from MTU and place on tilt tray sorter Process all units as required Process wrong content, product code, damaged units, etc., or unreadable information/barcode following procedures and make corrections Perform keyboard transactions to operate core systems, such as Mandate Raise, lower or rotate totes for easy access as needed Maintain established expectancy and accuracy goals

Hours Worked/Work Environment
The plant is clean with a comfortable temperature and moderate noise level. There are two shifts this job is performed on. The first shift is eight hours, five days per week. The second shift is is eight hours, five days per week.
Critical Demands of Job
The following information describes the physical activities that are performed during a normal workday by the employees performing this job classification. The percentage of a normal workday that the physical activity is conducted will be identified as follows:
Standing: (Continuous) This job is performed in a standing position on a rubber mat for up to 2 hours per interval.
Walking: (Occasional) Walking on concrete up to 300' per episode to move form one workstation to another.
Lifting: (Continuous) Lifting up to 8# (4units) from MTU (38") place on tilt tray conveyor at 37". Up to 900+ units per hour.
Forward-Bending Standing: (Continuous) Forward bending while standing to remove units from MTU.
Push/Pull: (Continuous) 15# push/pull to turn MTU on rotating device.
Gripping: (Continuous) Full handgrip with a force of up to 30# is required to handle units form MTU to conveyor.
Rotation Standing: (Continuous) Trunk rotation to the right and left is required to remove unit from MTU and place on the tilt-tray conveyor.
Reaching: (Continuous) Reaching up to 57" to activate computer keyboard reaching forward to 18" to remove units form MTU and to place them on the tilt trays. Reaching forward to pull units out, reaching sideways and reaching to pull MTU.
Stair Climbing: (Frequent) Ascend and descend 12 steps to move from one workstation to the next.
Balance: (Continuous) Good balance is required to work around moving equipment, and climbing up and down stairs.
Vision: (Continuous) Good vision is required to identify appropriate unit, Color vision is important to determine the quality of the unit.
