JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Understand Sales functions in Retail, Rentals Snowsports and Ticket Sales.
Informs guests of current conditions. Knowledgeable in location of facilities and amenities on Crystal Mountain.
The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests is essential.
An ability to work in a team-oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic and eager attitude.
Work to resolve guest grievances in Snowsports, Ticket Sales, Retail and Rentals with help of Management team.
Understand mountain information and operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Strong math skills and previous point of sale terminal skills are beneficial
Will demonstrate the ability to use Crystal Mountains' Sales Portal to sell various products across multiple departments at the resort

Able to handle cash, make and return change
Be able to actively engage guests in main plaza
Be able to combat dynamic and always changing conditions

This position is required to work some evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
