Summary:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will work across teams to deliver a new product to a defined, high-value customer base. This will involve identifying and refining solutions in a complex customer-user environment, working with our Product, Engineering, Strategy, Account, Ops/Project, and Revenue teams to bring those solutions to market. Our customers are companies who will use this product to understand key components of their business operations and ensure those operations comply with industry regulations. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can build data pipelines and products which visualize massive, complex data sets to support customer analytics and workflow actions.

What You'll Do:

* Manage the development and launch of a new data visualization/reporting product offering currently in early development, defining final functionality and a margin-positive GA state
* Achieve project goals by direct management of a small team of Product Managers and Analysts, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary support team
* Oversee near-term execution by providing sprint planning support, quality validation support and facilitating escalations with roadmap impact
* Collaborate with our technical teams to define a long-term vision and the corresponding roadmap
* Identify and manage cross-team commitments
* Provide clear problem understanding and ensure prospective solutions meet project criteria
* Ensure sufficient product documentation from initial requirements (to support successful build) through post-delivery support documentation
* Provide ongoing status communication for your active initiatives
* Support other Program Management initiatives as time and experience allow, including (but not limited to) all-company initiative status reporting; Agile PDLC and SDLC best practices;
* Encourage and hold Engineering staff accountable for technical requirements and successful execution

What Success Looks Like...

In 3 months...

* You are familiar with the existing relevant contracts and SOWs
* You understand and are working within the existing Bamboo Health processes & Product/Software lifecycle tools
* You are providing daily guidance to the team to plan and clearly understand immediate deliverables, while coordinating with the broader product organization to contribute to the medium- to long-term roadmap.
* You are triaging, prioritizing, and making tradeoffs daily, balancing competing needs & interests.

In 6 months...

* You are working collaboratively with the agile team, internal stakeholders (operations, support, sales), and end users to drive effective execution and strategy.
* You own the product roadmap, and are confident that roadmap aligns with business need
* You are representing the company to stakeholders and customers, including written and live (remote) communications
* You are building metrics and instrumentation sufficient to validate product-market fit

In 12 months...

* You are driving a long-term product roadmap that connects Bamboo Health's KPIs and success metrics, our overall product strategy, as well as key customer problems for 2025 and beyond.

What You Need:

* BA/BS in Business, Engineering, other relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
* 8+ years of total product management experience with a software product that people use as a regular part of their daily work.
* 5+ years of experience in SQL, Tableau, data visualization, and data pipeline management
* Facility with technical writing and requirements in a regulatory/compliance environment
* A user focus with a passion for spearheading change in complex healthcare environments, and awareness of interoperability/healthcare tech trends.
* Experience launching products, executing entire product development lifecycle through 12-month R+D roadmaps
* Experience with pharmacy/drug data is a plus
* A strong background in agile development methodologies and tools such as confluence and Jira
* Experience driving projects from idea to launch to outcomes, with a predictable cadence and involving multiple stakeholders from diverse disciplines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS company is a plus
* A high level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
* A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.
* The ability to travel periodically for work.
