JOB SUMMARY
Supervise machinists to assure the parts and product are machined in an efficient and proper manner. Train machinists as required on processes and procedures prior to cutting metal, to assure they have an understanding of the procedures.
MARKETING SUMMARY
There are very few managers that are affluent with machining split parts and Babbitted bearings.
Essential Functions
Essential Function-Assure parts are being manufactured correctly, and in a timely manner, to assure customer deliveries are on time.
Have a good understanding of
machining Babbitted bearings, seals and split parts.
Be able to communicate well, and
train others.

Must be affluent in both manual machines and CNC mills and lathes. CNC programming a plus.
