Overview:

Remote and onsite as needed.

7:00am - 5:30pm Flex Alternating Weekends

Primary Functions: Fulfill customer requests, resolve customer technical issues, and respond to customer questions in a timely manner to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the desktop computing environment. Typical activities include - Event Management; Service Request Fulfillment; Incident Management; Problem Management; Access Provisioning; Continual Service Improvement.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in Level 1 end-user support role.
  • Preferred Experience: Understanding of IT Service Management. Service Desk or call center experience in an inbound call environment.
  • Required Education: High School Diploma and technical vocational training or equivalent work experience.
  • Other: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Fundamental understanding of end user computing in an enterprise environment (Windows 10, Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, etc.). Ability to multitask between speaking with a customer and documenting a ticket. Knowledge of standard business desktop software, OS, and hardware. Healthcare experience a plus. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
