Location: Preferred hybrid in Tacoma, WA but open to fully Remote

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Manager to lead our HCM system within the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our HCM system. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets business needs and supports organizational goals related to human resources and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the HCM system, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HCM team, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.

System Implementation & Maintenance:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of HCM system implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure the system is maintained and updated regularly to meet changing business requirements and compliance standards.

Team Management & Development:

  • Manage and mentor the HCM team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT, HR, and other business units to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with Oracle and other third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance the HCM platform.

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or changes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of HCM system features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM system implementation and management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of managing a team of at least 9 direct reports with exposure to managing a global team.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes, including talent management, payroll, benefits administration, and HR analytics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Oracle certifications in HCM are a plus.

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $135,900 - $169,875/year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
