1. To comply with the letter and with the spirit of the bank's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. 2. To meet or exceed annual budgeted operating and growth plan: maintain/improve the financial stability of the branch. 3. To maintain the confidentiality of customer and any other sensitive information. 4. To be punctual and have regular attendance. 5. To maintain and develop a qualified staff sufficient to meet the needs of customers. 6. To keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the branch. 7. To provide friendly, prompt, professional, and accurate service and support to all customers and employees. 8. To have sufficient familiarity with bank products and services to be able to discuss them intelligently with customers and make appropriate recommendations. 9. To help develop the skills and knowledge of department/branch staff; to conduct performance reviews and foster the development of department/branch staff. 10. To acquire and maintain a working knowledge of regulations and bank procedures; to comply with the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act and other laws and regulations. 11. To develop and maintain business partner relationships within the community. 12. To complete required training and undertake additional training as needed to increase job knowledge and maximize productivity. 13. To develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with department/branch staff. |
