The Network Liaison is responsible for implementing appropriate networks/vendors for Allied clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for submitting new setup paperwork, maintaining, updating, and testing of new networks to ensure they meet the needs of the client.
Work closely with the Implementation Success Mangers and Coordinators to ensure networks are assigned properly.
Works closely with the external network contact on all network interactions, issues and establishing standard processes between Allied and the network where applicable.
Implement all network/vendors
Maintain relationships with networks/vendors
Maintain networks/vendors for all new business, renewals, and terminations.
Communicates network related updates internally and externally.
Respond to and assist the implementation team with issues and questions regarding the network.
Executes effective resolutions for escalated issues and ensures that the appropriate Allied teams are informed.
Develop efficient tracking and ad hoc reporting as requested.
Audit for accuracy of all tasks completed.
Maintains client files and history.
Work on special projects, duties or tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
At least 5 years in a sales support role required.
Experience implementing fully insured plans is a plus.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must possess excellent attention to detail
Must be able to multitask
Must be highly organized
Intermediate level work experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point software applications
