PAY AND SCHEDULE:

• Competitive Wages start at $20/hr.
• A typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, start time is 6 a.m. and end time varies between 3:00 and 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities Include:

*Pressure washing and storage management of carts

*Manual labor including landscaping and fence line maintenance

*Yard and facility maintenance including debris and oil spot clean up

*Picking up and sweeping wind-blown trash

*Various utility tasks as needed

Requirements:

*At least1 year of work experience. Preferably in a laborer type role

*The ability tostandoutsidethroughoutan 8 hr shift

*The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

*Ability and will to work in all weather conditions

*Experience running equipment is a plus (floor sweeper, scrubber, manlifts)
