Per Mar Security Services has been a family owned and operated, full-service security company since its inception in 1953. We provide security officer, electronic security, fire alarm and background and investigative services, serving customers in multiple states throughout the Midwest region.
Per Mar Security Services is seeking Flex Security Officers in the Quad City area.
* Must have reliable transportation
We are looking for flex officers to work all shifts and a variety of days. Pay range is typically $14.00-$18.00 an hour, and is dependent on jobs you are filling in for. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
PERC holder is a plus!

Will be flexible with scheduling, be dependable, have excellent customer service skills, have great oral and written communication skills, and have a positive attitude!!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor site to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
