Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating new hire orientations
  • Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Administering employee benefits programs and providing support with inquiries
  • Assisting with performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development plans
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Handling employee relations matters and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications for the HR Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
