The Manager, Physician Enterprise Talent Strategy is a consultant to leaders, including senior management, for HR and TA related needs and issues. The Manager provides oversight and direction for a team of TA partners, HR professionals, and physician enterprise support staff to execute Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business strategies. The role assesses and anticipates needs, communicating such needs proactively with the HR, Physician Enterprise, and various management teams. Through the building of partnerships, receives support on workforce issues impacting strategic and business objectives, leads various initiatives and may handle employee relations issues. Provides coaching to leaders regarding their own or their department's future development plans and actions. May require travel to facilities within the system.

* Human Resources certification (SPHR/PHR/SHRM SCP/SHRM CP) preferred
* Bachelor's degree. HR, Business, Management, or related field preferred
* 3 years experience in management preferred
* 5 year HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting or consulting experience with demonstrated knowledge of all human resource functions
