eCommerce Business Analyst
Position location is flexible and may office from any branch in the USA
Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time eCommerce Business Analyst, you will serve as a relationship owner of a book of business for our largest integrated customers, in both an internally and externally facing capacity. You will be responsible for a variety of key account management functions contributing to revenue growth, improved working capital and overall increased customer service. You will interact across many departments to identify operational and business opportunities. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Managing Integrated Key Account customers through a defined book of business
o Providing ongoing optimization by identifying efficiencies and solutions for existing integrations
o Monitoring Account Receivables and issue resolution to improve working capital
o Coordinating internal and external training to ensure best practices are met
o Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with internal stakeholders
o Facilitating communication between all parties to ensure timelines/goals are being met

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
o Possess 1 year of industry related sales or eCommerce work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Willingness to travel 25% of the time
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess a degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems or a related field of study
o Prior experience and proven success in a sales role
