Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining all computer systems at Alys Beach. Assists with IT related projects and provides IT support for all Alys Beach employees and special events.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support & installation of PC hardware components, desktop operating system software & applications (MS Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Visio, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting various issues related to printers, computers, network, telephone (analog & VOIP) & audio-visual equipment
  • Network maintenance & troubleshooting
  • Update & maintain detailed inventory
  • Create, update & maintain detailed audio / video instructions
  • Support events team with technical needs during events (IT / AV needs)
  • Monitoring support requests
Job Requirements
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 Years)
  • Ability to work Nights , Weekends and Holidays
Essential Job Functions
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • May require sitting for long periods of time in an office environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience with Property Management Systems
  • Experience with Point of Sale software
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
  • Certification: CompTIA A+
