Job Description
YOUR MISSION
  • This role will be an individual contributor position.
  • Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of key events including but not limited to PGA Show, Sales Meetings, Media Launch Events, Tournament Activations, etc.
  • Develop the event marketing strategy and annual calendar of events in collaboration with the marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Oversee and manage the annual event marketing budget to ensure all events are executed on budget.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop understanding of overarching objectives and how each event supports the overall business.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and research new vendors as needed to ensure they are the most cost-effective and efficient partner.
  • Recommend new event marketing initiatives that best support brand marketing and product marketing goals.
  • Support the creation and execution of internal events for COBRA PUMA GOLF employees.
  • Stay up to date on experiential and event marketing industry trends and best practices.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business Admin
  • At least 5 years of event experience
  • 1-2 years of brand, product or retail marketing experience a plus
  • Familiarity with golf and sport industries preferred
  • Strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and collaborative
  • Excellent writing and organization skills a must
  • Proven ability to work independently and multi-task in high pressure environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to travel domestically 20-25%

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $74,500 - $105,960 + Bonus + Benefits
