Your Role
Participate in the management of the lease portfolio and assist in the development of new assets, relocations and other inventory management activities, as well as the creation of new revenue streams. Responsibilities include site identification, leasing, permitting, renewal lease negotiations, easement negotiations, vegetation control, variance and ordinance presentations and other related matters.

Your Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze critical operational data associated with leases/licenses and owned properties
  • Monitor competitor activity and permitting practices
  • Assist with the identification and development of new signage and opportunities, including through RFPs
  • Liaise among various internal departments to gather and disseminate information and ensure necessary approvals and standards
  • Aid in the preparation of the documentation required to secure internal approvals for new assets and renewals
  • Prepare and negotiate agreements with property owners to secure new or existing assets
  • Be conversant in applicable codes/regulations, and with permit requirements and processes
  • Advise management and sales force on local and state regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work with outside professionals to perform due diligence, prepare drawings, secure permits, address violations, etc.
  • Track relevant zoning regulations and monitor any proposed zoning applications or changes
  • Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with existing and potential property owners, and serve as the primary point of contact for all real estate related matters
  • Address ongoing requirements and inquiries; resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter, maintain, and routinely audit data, reports, and electronic files to ensure accurate accounting, record keeping, and file management
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, both internally and externally
  • Meet with Local, State and/or Federal governmental officials and their staff where legislative lobbying is acceptable and appropriate. Address public meetings to positively impact proposed ordinance changes.
  • Maintain all lease files and records with optimum accuracy and completeness.
  • Secure copy approval from landlords
  • Act with diplomacy as a representative of OUTFRONT Media and the Real Estate Department.
  • Travel as needed to meet with property owners throughout market area.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 years of commercial real estate or corporate real estate background
  • Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices with an emphasis on field work including lead generation, negotiations and application of regulations
  • Self-starter who likes challenges
  • Ability to multi-task, very detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills focused on achieving business results
  • Cooperative and professional manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sense of urgency, ability to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to complete required financial analysis, including among other things, filling out models
  • Market knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 per year.This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
