CAD Technician

Currently we are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our dynamic team at our corporate office in Maple Shade, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This individual will collaborate with our Eastern Lift Truck Co Warehouse Products Sales Team and project managers to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings for a range of industrial and warehouse applications.

Main Duties:

- Create and modify CAD drawings according to specifications

- Assist in the development of design and construction drawings

- Ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate design elements

- Maintain drawing databases and ensure version control

- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

- Knowledge of drafting standards and practices

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Diploma or relevant certification in CAD technology or related field

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
