Job Summary

The Learning Project Manager (Leadership) will manage the account including client relationship, financial management, critical analysis of indicators, people management, and event management. In this area, the manager will need to act in a consultative manner to identify the client's needs regarding soft skills and leadership training, propose strategic solutions, and assist in hiring specialists and monitoring events.

The project is allocated in the HR area with a focus on the development of employees through many leadership and behavioral competence programs, so relating to the senior management of the area to identify client strategies and proactively propose solutions will be essential.

Key activities:

  • Lead governance meetings with clients and GP managers
  • Manage project finances by monitoring costs and revenues
  • Monitor and analyze productivity indicators
  • Lead and encourage improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Hold meetings with client focal points to identify expectations
  • Propose solutions, and promote good relationships,
  • Conduct meetings with GP managers to assist in strategic actions and people management, and promote a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the training & development field
  • Extensive experience in leadership, soft skills (in consulting or related activity)
  • Good experience in people and business management
  • Desirable experience in educational solutions consulting as a project manager; desirable experience in the commercial area of educational consulting
  • Desirable experience in event management and organization
  • Advanced English needed.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Office suite,
  • Project management tools, and knowledge of teaching methodologies and innovation in the corporate education area.
  • Higher education in the field and specializations.
