POSITION: Camp Counselor II - Recreation
REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Camp and Community Services
STATUS: Seasonal Full-Time, Exempt Camp Worker (as defined in
Section 18897 of the Health and Safety Code)
Will be needed roughly between Monday, 6/17/23-Thursday,
8/15/23. Final dates will be confirmed at offer.

SALARY RANGE: Daily Rate of $82.71-$92.71/day (per CA Labor Code 1182.4) - paid
semi-monthly

Founded in San Francisco in 1902, the LightHouse's purpose is to promote the independence, equality and self-reliance of people who are blind or visually impaired. The LightHouse is currently in a period of growth, increasing our capacity to serve more low-vision and blind clients.

OVERVIEW:
The recreation program area leader is responsible for preparing and implementing safe, fun, and appropriate programs for the blind and visually impaired children and adults. He/she will coordinate and oversee all camp recreational activities.
