Job Summary:
We are seeking a product professional to join Moultrie Mobile's Product Team. As Product Associate - Launch, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of beta tests with both internal and external users for hardware and software features before they are launched to the public. The creation of test plans, surveys, and weekly reports to internal stakeholders will be critical for this role. The ability to synthesize data and recognize patterns will be key to ensuring a successful launch/beta test and provide the business confidence that we are ready to release a delightful product to our customers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline and 1 year of relevant work experience.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think strategically, execute methodically, and problem-solve.
Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Outdoor (hunting and fishing) product-related background or familiarity preferred.
Experience running beta tests.
Experience with QA testing.
Familiarity with Tableau, Azure, Asana, Confluence, Survey Monkey, and Blue Shift.
