ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

The Financial Rotational Development Program will provide a broad domestic and international Finance experience by supporting various departments within Oshkosh Corporation's Treasury group. These various departments include Treasury, Risk Management, Tax, and International Shared Services (Finance and Sales Administration). This role will have the opportunity to rotate among respective Treasury departments every 12-18 months, based on business needs, with a 12-month minimum commitment to the program. Benefits of the program include development in the following key skill areas: critical thinking, communication/collaboration, problem solving, project management, financial analysis and finance/accounting.

ABOUT THE ROTATIONAL EXPERIENCES:

International Shared Services

Collaborate with Oshkosh's International Sales team and business units in analyzing bid opportunities, reviewing contracts, coordinating international price quotations and bid proposals, order management, order execution of spare parts and hosting international customer visits. Gather and analyze international customer credit information to assess credit worthiness, set credit line limits, work with third-party credit insurers and release orders from credit hold.

Risk Management

Partner with team members across Oshkosh's global enterprise to identity, assess and develop risk mitigation strategies for potential products, programs and projects, to ensure their overall success.

Tax

Prepare federal, state, and international income, sales/use, excise, VAT, GST tax returns and support the tax compliance and provision processes for all Oshkosh entities.

Treasury

Perform daily domestic treasury operations, including cash positioning, electronic funds transfer, global credit card program, policy compliance and bank relationships. Assist with the preparation of periodic cash forecasts and reporting, capital structuring and capital allocation activities.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

  • Finance internships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity of financial acumen.

  • Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations.
