McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing is looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual to join us as a Material Handler in our Sugar Grove, IL location.Our warehouse team is efficient and dedicated, supporting our customers with 'Street Smart Parts' in this busy distribution center.

Right now, we are offering a hiring bonus of$900, which will be paid in 3 payments of $300, after 30, 60 and 90 days of employment!

In this job, you will:

  • Efficiently locate and pull parts, materials and supplies as listed on paperwork
  • Accurately verify parts and quantities and complete paperwork to receive and/or ship material
  • Order and stock assigned production areas to maintain required inventory levels
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) and perform inventory management tasks
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

The minimum qualifications for this position:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year experience working with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) and inventory management duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to become certified to operate all material handling equipment (i.e., Stand-up, Sit-down, Combi, Lancer, Tugger)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment and processes

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
