THE ROLE

Instructional Technology is responsible for maintaining and improving the Learning Management Systems, including course testing and deployment, employee and customer data management, employee and customer training, reporting, and upload of resources.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and continuing operation of Learning Management Systems
  • Research and resolve LMS functionality issues
  • Configure, test, and deploy SCORM content
  • Troubleshoot course delivery problems
  • Act as point of contact for LMS support
  • Prepare reports on training utilization, enrollment, and program participation
  • Support existing training initiatives and personnel to ensure on-time project delivery and client satisfaction

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Two plus years of related learning management system administration experience
  • Ability to travel 20%.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, or equivalent combination of degree and experience preferred
  • Three (3) years LMS (TOTARA) and Moodle administration experience preferred
  • Familiar with website design techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (proficient to advanced)
